How It Works

• Book Your Service

  Online or Phone: You can book a service online or by giving me a call. Just let me know what’s wrong, and we’ll schedule a time for pickup, drop-off, or on-site service.

• Pickup, Drop-Off, or On-Site Service
  • Pickup: I’ll come to your location, carefully pack your computer, and take it to my repair work station.
  • Drop-Off: You can bring your computer to my work station at the scheduled time, and I’ll take it from there.
  • On-Site Service: Prefer repairs at your location? I’ll come directly to you, diagnose the issue, and fix it on-site if possible. If more extensive work is needed, I can take your computer to my workstation and return it once the repair is complete.
• Diagnosis and Parts

  Diagnosis: I’ll diagnose the issue with your computer. If parts are needed, I can order them for you, or you can choose to buy the parts yourself.

  Parts Warranty: Any parts used in the repair will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This means if the part fails, the manufacturer will take care of it.

• Repair and Quality Check
  • Repair: Once the parts are ready and you give the go-ahead, I’ll get to work fixing your computer with the best methods available.
  • Quality Check: I’ll make sure everything is working perfectly before returning your computer.
• Pickup or Delivery
  • Pickup: You can pick up your repaired computer from my work station.
  • Delivery: I’ll deliver your repaired computer to you at a time that works for you.
• Payment and Warranty
  • Payment: You can pay online, by phone, or in person when you get your computer back.
  • Warranty: All of my repair work comes with a warranty, so if something goes wrong with the repair itself, I’ll fix it at no extra charge. Just remember, the warranty on any parts is handled by the manufacturer, not me.
