Hello! My name is Abelord Balagtas, and I am a dedicated professional in the field of computer repair and IT services. I have over 16 years of experience in the industry and have learned many different technology systems to provide high-quality repair services for my clients.

I finished my Information Technology degree in 2005 in the Philippines, where I gained a broad knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware. After finishing my studies, I worked for 14 years in corporate IT support overseas, where I put my knowledge into practice. This extensive experience allowed me to improve my technical skills and create real-world solutions to the common technology problems that organizations and end-users face.

In order to improve my skills and knowledge, I pursued further education in the Computer Engineering Technician program at Niagara College, which I completed in April 2025.

Currently, I work as an Electronic Service Technician for a leading electronic security integration company in the Niagara region. My responsibilities include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced systems such as HD video surveillance, access control, and LAN/data cabling across commercial and industrial environments. This role allows me to apply my hands-on technical expertise to ensure reliable and secure infrastructure for clients.

I have worked with a variety of clients throughout my career and have provided solutions that are both effective and affordable. I provide services that include hardware diagnostics and repairs, software installations, and system optimization.
